What partners send us

  • Remote hands for an engineer: console access, cabling, power cycles, or carrier coordination
  • Installs and swaps of switches, firewalls, access points, workstations, printers, or point-of-sale hardware
  • Site surveys before you quote or plan a rollout
  • Multi-site rollouts where every location needs the same steps done the same way
  • Troubleshooting visits that follow your runbook

What helps us start fast

  • The scope or work order
  • Site address, site contact, and access or badging instructions
  • The equipment list and where it's shipping
  • Your closeout template and required photos
  • An escalation contact on your team

How we work with you

Coordination, communication, and a clean handoff

Before the visit

We confirm the scope, site contact, access, parts, and what counts as done. Missing details get raised before the visit, not on site.

On site

We follow your check-in and check-out steps and keep your engineer informed at arrival, whenever the scope changes, and at completion. If the client asks for extra work, we route the request back to you.

Handoff

Photos, test results, serial numbers, port changes, and notes, written in your template and ready to paste into your ticket.

Daytime, after-hours, and overnight visits can be arranged when the work calls for it. Availability depends on the date and location, so share timing early.

Getting started

How a partnership starts

Dan Alonzo, Red Cap's Director of Field Operations, has run overnight deployments staffed by a lead technician and four helpers.

  1. Send a sample job

Share an upcoming work order or a typical request so we can confirm fit.

  2. Agree on how you work

Check-in steps, communication, documentation, and billing terms, set once.

  3. First visit

We complete it to your standard and send the closeout for your review.

  4. Repeat work

Once the process fits, send work as it comes in.

Where we work

From our base in Costa Mesa, we support partner work across Southern and Northern California, from single client sites to store and office rollouts.

Scheduling is tailored to each job, and travel to Northern California sites is planned into the schedule. Tell us the site cities and date window, and we'll confirm what's possible.

Have an upcoming job in Southern or Northern California?

Send the work order or a short description, the site city, and the date window. Dan will confirm fit and what's needed.
